Cemento is an innovative B2B construction management platform designed to streamline and digitize complex building projects. By integrating data-driven workflows, progress tracking, and collaboration tools, Cemento empowers real estate companies and contractors to optimize field operations, reduce delays, and maintain full transparency throughout the construction lifecycle.
About Homigo
Homigo bridges the gap between B2B construction management and the end customer, transforming a traditional B2B platform into a seamless B2B2C experience. Serving as the tenant-facing mobile application, Homigo provides homebuyers with a transparent, reassuring window into their future homes.
Key features integrated into the app include:
Project Progress Tracking: Real-time updates and complete visibility into the apartment's construction stages.
Document Management: Centralized digital access to all essential files, from the initial contract to the final handover protocol (Protokol Mesira).
Direct Communication & Support: A dedicated channel for tenants to open tickets, report issues, and communicate directly with the construction company.
Real-Time Notifications: Instant updates and formal announcements keeping tenants informed every step of the way.
Our Role
As the sole product design studio, Happyflowz was fully responsible for building the entire Homigo product concept completely from scratch. We took Cemento’s complex, data-heavy B2B construction ecosystem and transformed it into a cohesive, consumer-ready mobile experience. Our work involved:
End-to-End Product Conception: Defining the core product identity, mapping user journeys, and architecting how a heavy B2B backend could elegantly and simply serve a consumer-facing application.
UX/UI Architecture: Designing a clean, highly scannable mobile interface from the ground up, making legal documents, construction timelines, and support ticketing intuitive for everyday, non-technical users.
Full Product Characterization: Crafting a secure, supportive, and seamless digital environment that lowers tenant anxiety while drastically reducing operational and communication friction for the construction company.
Actionable Clarity Meets Peace of Mind
The app's interface is built on two principles: driving urgent action and providing complete reassurance. We designed clear visual cues to highlight exactly when a tenant needs to act—like signing pending documents or approving protocols. Alongside this, the live updates and real-time announcement feed visually prove continuous momentum, giving future homeowners peace of mind that their project is moving forward.
