Cloud Modules is an enterprise financial intelligence platform that gives organizations complete transparency and control over their multi-cloud expenditure (AWS, GCP, Azure). By unifying cloud usage data, marketplace spend, and purchase orders, the system eliminates budget blind spots and drives cost savings.
The Product Strategy: Solving Cloud Spend Complexity
1. The Core Problem
Companies heavily overspend on cloud infrastructure because finance and DevOps teams operate in silos. Finance struggles to predict monthly costs, reconcile invoices against Purchase Orders (POs), or pinpoint wasted spend.
2. The UX Solution
Visual Cost Projections: Dashboards displaying real-time monthly budget burn rates, predictive end-of-year savings, and clear cost-reduction recommendations.
Automated Invoice Reconciliation: An intelligent tracking grid that matches invoices to POs (Amounts Match, Partial Match, No Match) and instantly flags budget overruns.
Usage & Savings Recommendations: Interactive charts breaking down cloud usage alongside smart AI filters to suggest cost-optimization plans.
Our Role
As the product design studio, Happyflowz came into an existing platform to improve user workflows, design new features, and optimize complex screens. We restructured data-heavy dashboards, refined the financial visualization framework, and simplified multi-cloud tracking to make intricate cloud billing clear and actionable for decision-makers.
